Limonen-E is a major constituent in several citrus fruit peel oils (orange, lemon, mandarin, lime, grapefruit).
Suggested Use:
Adults: Take 29 drops daily on an empty stomach, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Direction of Use:
Take the indicated dosage (29 drops) directly into your mouth on an empty stomach and wash it down with 1-2 sips of water. This way, all of the desired dosage is ingested and not too diluted.
Caution:
Some people may experience a tingling sensation; in this case, take it with water.
