Shipping policy
Shipping:
- After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- For domestic shipments in Canada, we use Canada Post. Allow 3-9 business days for delivery.
- For shipments to the US, we use DHL. Allow 4-8 business days for delivery.
Order Processing:
- When your order ships, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
- If you need assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at info@vagusclinic.com. We will not be able to change your order after it has been shipped.
- If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@vagusclinic.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Customs and Import Duties
- Vagus Clinic is not responsible for any import duties, tariffs, brokerage fees, customs, or taxes on international shipments. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
- If you choose not to accept your package due to customs fees, we cannot offer refunds. If you're unsure about potential charges, please contact your local customs office for more details.
- Vagus Clinic is not responsible for delays or seizures at customs.
Lost Shipments:
- Always review and ensure that you have entered the correct address for shipping. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in your address.
- We are not responsible for natural disasters or packages that are misplaced or lost by Canada Post or DHL. Please contact either company to open up an investigation on your shipment.
